Randa Ahmadein has over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional with reputable multinational organizations where she had developed a progressive career in Human Resource Management. Randa is a graduate of the American University in Cairo, majoring in Psychology and a holder of several HR professional qualifications. Randa’s career started with The Coca-Cola Company, where she experienced all HR functions covering Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Organizational Development, across multi-countries as Regional Human Resources Manager for Egypt, Libya and Algeria. In 2011, Randa moved to the pharmaceutical industry as HR Business Lead for GlaxoSmithKline in Egypt, and Geographical HR Business Lead for consumer health across a number of countries in Africa. Then she moved to the banking industry, as Head of HR for Ahli United Bank. Throughout her career, Randa has participated and managed critical HR projects mainly in the field of Succession Planning and career development (Launching Coca-Cola University in Egypt), implementing business transformational programs, establishing a full-fledged HR Function with strong foundation of policies and regulatory controls, and implementing SAP HR platform as a Digital Transformation initiative. Randa has a special interest and skill in assessment centers where she studied the SHL Psychometric Modules and got certified as Hogan Personality Assessment Professional. With an increased passion to support people with their personal and professional growth, Randa has also completed the Executive Coaching Program through LCE Egypt.
